What are your qualifications?

Anyone can call themselves an accountant.  However to be member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales (ICAEW) you must complete a training contact of at least 3 years with a firm authorised by the Institute and pass extensive professional exams encompassing financial reporting, tax, business strategy, financial management, IT and audit.

ICAEW Chartered Accountants can be recognised by ACA or FCA after their name.


How do you maintain professional standards?

ICAEW member firms are regulated by the Institute.

  • are committed to Continued Professional Education every year, to keep our knowledge and training up to date;
  • hold an ICAEW Practising Certificate and Professional Indemnity insurance;

How are your fees charged?

For one-off assignments fees are agreed in advance and once agreed, are fixed - there are no hidden charges.  

For on-going services fees are charged monthly reviewed every 6 months and payable by standing order.

We don’t want our clients to have any concerns regarding our service, our charges or our delivery timescales.  We work very hard to provide, you with the service levels you require.  So much so that we offer you the following guarantees:

How do I change advisors?

Changing Accountants is easy and straight-forward.  You simply write to your current Accountant, informing  them of the decision that you appointed QuayView as your new accountants and that we will be contacting them shortly.

We will manage the transition and ensure there is a seamless handover.  We will contact your current Accountant, arrange the transfer of records and notify HMRC that QuayView are looking after your affairs.
